Terms of Service — DEEPLINK

1. What DEEPLINK is

DEEPLINK is a coordination platform for freedivers. We help you find dive buddies, plan sessions, and organize safety rotation. We are not a dive school, not a certification body, and not responsible for what happens underwater.

2. Your responsibility

Freediving is inherently dangerous. You are responsible for your own safety, your training level, and your decision to dive. Always dive within your limits. DEEPLINK does not verify certifications or skill levels of other users.

3. Account rules

One account per person. Provide accurate information in your dive profile. Do not impersonate other divers or misrepresent your experience level. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Content you post

You own the content you post (dive logs, photos, session descriptions). By posting, you grant DEEPLINK a license to display it within the platform. You can delete your content at any time.

5. Paid services

Some features involve payments (booking safety divers, event tickets, marketplace). Payments are processed through Stripe. DEEPLINK charges a service fee on transactions. Refund policies depend on the specific service.

6. Limitation of liability

DEEPLINK provides a coordination tool. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or any damages arising from dive activities organized through the platform. Use at your own risk.
